A little about us…

My husband and I are parents to 3 wonderful kiddos, ages 4, 5, and 8. We moved to Damascus, OR when we found out we were having a second child, which is where “Lettuce Learn” began. Now with 3 kiddos, we love cooking, learning and coming up with new recipes, and enjoying what we eat. We grow a lot of what we eat, too! We have 21 chickens (currently), and we are ALWAYS outdoors. We enjoy hiking, skiing, camping, foraging for mushrooms/berries/plants, and exploring new places!

We always look forward to meeting new friends, and look forward to inspiring others in the kitchen and outdoors!
